Rutuja has extensive legal experience working with startups and emerging growth companies. She has advised clients on entity formation, business structuring, general corporate compliances, angel and venture financings. Rutuja has international work experience and has worked as a corporate attorney in India. Her practice in India focused on cross border business acquisitions, joint ventures, startup funding and corporate governance. More recently, Rutuja was associated as a clinic volunteer at the New Business Community Law Clinic at the UC Berkeley School of Law, where she advised small business owners on general corporate matters. She has also volunteered at various legal clinics in the SF Bay Area conducted by organizations such as Elevate Community Center on issues such as criminal record clearance. When she is not working, Rutuja likes to solve jigsaw puzzles, travel and explore new restaurants. |
